It has been a little while since i have posted anything, so it is time to catch up.
We left Alice and headed to Uluru we stopped at Curtain springs on the way as we had driven far enough, it was free if you didn't want power and as we do need it we stayed. We are travelling with a couple we met on the road Ray and Di.
You could have fires so of course Forest (Mark) had to have one he finds wood where ever we go. So we had a nice fire that night and woke up to the pouring rain, it rain all day and night. We stayed the day as there was no point drive in the pouring rain the kids got to get the PlayStation out for the first time since we have left home so they where very happy. I sat up under my blanket & watched a couple of movies.
There is an emu that roams around his name is mungrel Mark was feeding him he was trying to climb up into the van, all i could imagine was this big emu jumping around inside the van the kids screaming it would have been just a bit funny.
The next day it was still cold and a bit wet we went onto Uluru.
